The best way to start at Pilates Glow is with private instruction so that we can tailor your session around your needs. If you have tight legs, a bad back, or broke your ankle recently - this gives us the time we need to show you what type of modifications you need to be doing during a class. It is important to take Pilates at least two times a week or more to see all your hard work pay off.  You will feel and see the difference within a couple of sessions! You can call the studio to setup a time with a certified instructor that works best for you schedule.  We look forward to seeing you in the stuido soon!
