A personalized one-on-one session led by a Pilates Glow Student Practicum Instructor. A Student Practicum Instructor is a Pilates Glow teacher-in-training who is actively completing their certification and required teaching hours. They have already learned the foundations of Pilates, including the repertoire, basic anatomy, safety principles, and cueing, and are now gaining real-world experience by working with clients. Their sessions are part of their education and are supported by mentorship and feedback from senior instructors.

A Junior Instructor at Pilates Glow is an advanced student in our Teacher Training Program who has completed their required teaching hours and is approved to work with clients while continuing their education.

Prerequisite: Open to all levels. Instructor recommendation may be required for clients with specific injuries or advanced needs.
Level: All Levels (ideal for clients comfortable receiving guided instruction from a trainee)
Equipment: Reformers, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, and Barrels; apparatus selection determined by the Student Instructor and supervising educator
Focus: Foundational alignment, core activation, mobility, and mindful movement patterns
Experience: Supportive, educational, and hands-on training experience guided by a developing instructor and overseen by certified mentors
Progression/Benefit: Reinforces fundamentals, builds confidence and strength, and enhances body awareness through detailed, attentive coaching
